Description & Coverage
Description:

In today's world, the complexities of inclusion, equity, and organizational efficiency have reached unprecedented levels. The convergence of events such as the great resignation, the rise of workplace cultures like #MeToo and Bro culture, along with societal upheavals like the Black Lives Matter protests and disparities highlighted by the pandemic, has exposed the urgent need for transformative change across healthcare, education, business, and technology. Organizations grapple with issues ranging from racial bias in Artificial Intelligence to fostering workplace psychological safety and managing conflicts. As the demands for diversity and inclusivity intensify, there is a pressing challenge to find holistic solutions that harness the power of collective perspectives and drive real progress.

Transformational Interventions for Business, Technology, and Healthcare, emerges as a guiding light for academic scholars seeking actionable insights. With over two decades of university teaching experience and a prolific record of academic publications and presentations, Dr. Burrell is uniquely positioned to lead the way. Through an interdisciplinary lens, the book navigates the intricate web of challenges that define our times, presenting innovative solutions to reshape organizations and promote inclusivity. This comprehensive resource offers a multidimensional understanding of topics such as workplace intersectionality, technology's impact on equity, and the dynamics of organizational behavior.

The book speaks directly to the academic scholars at the forefront of shaping our future. Its pages unfold a tapestry of knowledge, addressing issues from cyber exploitation to health disparities with a keen eye on transformative potential. By dissecting problems and offering evidence-based solutions, the book empowers readers to contribute meaningfully to the ongoing dialogue on inclusion, equity, and organizational development.
