Editor/Author Biographies

Radha Yadav is currently working as an Assistant Professor (HR/OB) at Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore (India). She completed her doctorate degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand (India). She has over 7 years’ experience in research and academics. Dr. Yadav has published numerous articles in reputed journals and is also experienced as an Editor in special issue of Scopus & ABDC Category journals, Her research interests include Climate change, Climate anxiety, Climate behavioural action, employee relation, women entrepreneurship, organizational commitment, quality of work life, stress and spirituality. Her research techniques include quantitative and qualitative analysis by a various statistical software and tools. She is currently representing India on the International project "Climate change and well-being" with De Montfort University, Leicester, UK.

Priyanka Panday is currently working as Assistant Professor (HR/Marketing) at Doon Business School, India. She has over 7 years of work experience in research and academics. She has submitted her Ph.D. in the area of talent management. She has previously taught at Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. Her teaching pedagogy emphasizes on a ‘Learning Mindset’ and ‘Experiential Learning’. Some of the subjects and courses taught by her are Training and Development, Talent management, Managing Organizational Change and organizational development, her research interest includes workforce bullying, employee relation, and gender diversity’. She has published research papers and articles in reputed international publications.

Naman Sharma is currently affiliated with the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Kolkata (India) as an Assistant Professor, and has nearly six years of academic experience. Dr. Sharma's field of interest is Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Managerial Communication and Entrepreneurship. In his past endeavours, Dr. Sharma has worked with Entrepreneruship Development Institute of India and was fortunate to be a part of Entrepreneurial ecosystem of the country. Dr. Sharma also has substantial research experience, and his research has been published in ABDC ranked/Scopus Indexed journals and other reputable publishers such as Springer and Emerald Publishing Group. He has also authored/edited five books with publishers of international repute such as World Scientific/IGI-Global and is a serving guest editor for various reputed journals.
