Editor/Author Biographies

Annette Baron works for William Paterson University as faculty and a human resource professional. She has degrees in biology, medical science, and an MBA. Her career began practicing medicine, moved to executive recruiting for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, and then transitioned into higher education. Annette's research focuses on using case studies to educate and inform learners.

Kelly McNeal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Education and Counseling at William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. She currently is the Chair of the Department of Special Education and Counseling. Dr. McNeal has a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy and Learning from Fordham University.
